Homemade Kibble Crackers


Bake & Break Kibble Crackers


2 1/2 cups garbanzo bean flour

1/2 cup organic, dried carrots

1/3 cup unsweetened, organic shredded coconut

1/4 cup organic, red bell pepper

2 tablespoons organic, ground flaxseed

1 tablespoon organic turmeric powder

1 tablespoon organic broccoli powder

2 cups unsalted broth



Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Stir well.  Spray a 10×15 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread mixture onto pan evenly.  Bake for 35 minutes and turn off the oven.  Let cool inside the oven 4 hours for crunchy kibble.  For bread like consistency, remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.  Let cool completely and break apart in desired size chunks.

Storage:  Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.  May be frozen for up to 2 months.

Makes one 10×15 pan.

Optional:  Add an egg and or ground eggshells for added calcium.
